Our program is designed to bring forth the greatest candidates of the next generation in the fashion industry. We analyze applicant sales and communications skills through a multi-interview and competence analysis project to determine if you are the right fit for our program.

About the Program
Once accepted, members receive a variety of benefits, including wholesale apparel sales training, interview preparation, and resume feedback to ensure you’re ready for success.
You can also expect:
✔ Job Placement & Interviews – We take the brunt work out of starting your career, by submitting your resume to relevant open positions. If an employer is interested, they may invite you for an interview—including paid travel for in-person interviews if necessary.
✔ Employment & Mentorship – hired candidates can expect to begin with a 6-month contract-to-hire position at a minimum salary of $50,000/year, with the potential to earn up to $70,000/year. During this period, AFA provides relocation support and ongoing mentorship to ensure a smooth transition.
✔ Continued Support – If an employer does not extend a permanent role, AFA will continue submitting candidates for new opportunities upon request.

Most of our placements are entry- to mid-level sales positions, but opportunities may also include:

Tradeshow management & coordination
Minimum Requirements:
At least 21 years old
Submission of application, resume, and cover letter
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree
Relevant work experience
Bonus Qualifications:
Graduate degree
Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
2+ years in a full-time apparel industry role
