• Interview, hire, and train new recruiters.

• Monitor the performance of recruiters and ensure they are meeting minimums.Conduct a weekly virtual meeting with recruiters to help continually train and monitor performance.

• Conduct outbound recruiting activities to source professional and qualified candidates that meet the organizational goals and open positions 

• Manage and facilitate all virtual screenings with applicants, providing them with relevant information and insights about the programs requirements and expectations as well as determine fitness of the program 

• Extend invitations to viable candidates to attend interviews and ensure their attendance at in-person interview session

• Conduct survey calls or texts to understand the reasons for non-attendance at hiring events, with the aim of potentially re-engaging these candidates for future opportunities

• Attend a weekly virtual meeting with Lead Recruiter to monitor performance and stay aligned with the organizational goals
